Where do I start? I started working with the company Financial Emigration a few years ago in 2023/24 in preparation for Financial Emigration but I have used their sister company for almost 15 years for my annual Tax Returns. This time around at Financial Emigration, Lovemore Ndlovu was my main point of contact and he is the Head of SARB Engagement and Expatriate Compliance who worked on my SARS AIT matter. He is a very efficient and professional person and he reflects the professional ethos of Financial Emigration as a company. I must admit that they are quite pricey but you get your money's worth in terms of service excellence. There was a time when I was quite tough and needed something redone but Lovemore took it in his stride and dealt with it very calmly speedily and professionally. Needless to say, my tax matter was regularly followed up and I was regularly updated. Most importantly,  my matter was finalised to my complete satisfaction as per my required outcome. I have been very pleased with the work done by Lovemore and Alex and a few others. They were always prompt at replying to any queries that I had along the way. It was a very laborious process with laws changing in between and a lot of paperwork but we eventually succeeded in getting my retirement funds sent to my bank in the USA.
